Join us online for an in-depth workshop where Brianne Dela Cruz, will teach you about winter foraging. This workshop focuses on coniferous plants, such as pine, spruce, fir, juniper, and cedar. She’ll show you how to properly identify various conifers as well as how and when to forage their leaves, pollen, nuts, cones, and resin. She’ll cover the benefits they offer, safety precautions, their flavor profile, and ways to wildcraft with them for culinary recipes and simple home remedies. Brianne will also teach students how to intuitively connect with these plants so they can begin developing a foundational relationship with conifers. Every foraging workshop comes with a in-depth downloadable hand-out covering safe, sustainable, legal, and ethical foraging practices. This class is ideal for beginner foragers and folks just starting their foraging journey. Students will walk away with a strong understanding of coniferous plants and confidence in foraging and wildcrafting with coniferous trees.

This workshop will be recorded so you can join LIVE to ask questions in the moment, or watch the playback in your own time.
